The Redbird's story.

He was still crying. HE stood up quickly and threw his aems around his sister. "Cora!" He cried

Cora almost fell backwards as Blake hugged her. She tentavily patted him on the back. She didn't like all of this hugging.

"What? What's wrong?" She asked.

He cried on her shoulder but said nothing. He layed back down still hugging her. He soon fell asleep again.

Tyler sighed and stood up. "FIne."

Cora wriggled herself out of his grasp when he fell asleep.

'What was that all about?' she thought.

"I just don't want you to get sick is all," Elliot said quickly. She made no move to get up.

Blake staied sleeping his nightmare didn't seem to have come back.

Tyler turn to leave "you sould go home to"

Cora soon fell asleep as well.

Elliot shrugged. "I will in a little bit," she said, still sitting. "I like the rain. Besides, I'm not tired."

Tyler sat back down. "I won't go home till you do."

Elliot rolled her eyes. She closed her eyes and leaned her head back again.

Tyler started to whistle again.

Elliot started singing softly again.

Tyler changed the tune of his whistle to macth Elliot's song.

After a few moments of singing and whistling, Elliot giggled. She looked at Tyler.

Tyler stoped whistleing. "what?"

Elliot shrugged.

"Nothing," she said, but she was still smiling and laughing as she looked at him.

Tylers face was red from fever. He was in the rain to long. He was dizzy but hide the fact he wasn't feeling well.

Elliot didn't seem to notice anything was wrong with Tyler. She sighed happily, leaning back in the grass.

Tyler coughed violently. "Sorry." he said. He brought his knees to his chest and rested his head on them.

"What's wrong, Tyler? Are you okay?" Elliot asked, scooting closer to him.

"I'm fine, little one." Tyler said not looking at her.

"Ty," Elliot said. She realized she hadn't called him by his full name but she decided she liked this new name for him. Besides, he called her little one. "What's wrong?" She repeated.

He sighed he didn't even notice what she called him. "I'm fine" he said again he didn't like the little girl worried about him.

Elliot frowned but nodded. "Fine," She said. The rain was coming down harder again and she stood up.

He stood up two but sumbled slightly.

Elliot saw Tyler stumble and tried to help steady him, but since she was so much smaller than him it wasn't really working.

Layla had changed into her nightgown and layed in her bed and fell asleep shortly after.

Sally had changed out of her normal dress and into her night gown as well. She layed down in her bed and closed her eyes but was having a hard time going to sleep.
