The Redbird's story.

Tyler drop the boy to the ground. "now my back hurts." He complained. "He fell out of a tree."

"A tree? But Cora said you went back home," Elliot said. She held out a hand to help Blake up.

Cora couldn't hear what they were saying from where she stood, but she felt bad about what had happened to him.

'No, he pushed me in the lake this morning,' she reminded herself, still not knowing it was an accident. She probably wouldn't of believed it even if she knew.

Blake stood up on his own and glared at Cora. He walked over to her and kick dirt at her before walking off.

Cora didn't yell at Blake or even retaliate as he kicked dirt on her. She felt bad about what happened, though she was still angry at him. Elliot looked confused.

"What's going on?" She asked, looking at Cora then Tyler, who had just showed up again.

Tyler shruged. "He wouldn't say anything."

Cora bit her tongue.

"I thought he had gone home, but I guess he hadn't," She lied. Elliot looked confused but nodded. "I'll go see if he's okaoy," She said, and began to walk to where he had gone off to. Cora grabbed her arm.

"No, I think you should leave him be," she said. Elliot blinked.

"But why?" She asked. Cora sighed.

"I'll go find him," she said, and walked after Blake, leaving Elliot with the others.

Blake sat in the coner of their cottage. Momi And Papa wasn't home.

Tyler smiled down at Elliot.

Cora walked inside and saw Blake.

'I can't believe I'm about to do this,' she thought, walking over to him. She sat down next to him silently.

Elliot was worried about Blake, but being with Tyler made her feel a bit better. She smiled back up at him.

Blake looked away but said nothing.

Tyler sat down with a yawn.

"I'm sorry," Cora said quietly.

Elliot sat down next to Tyler

Blake looked at cora after a few moments. He didn't believe she was sorry.

"This is boreing." Tyler said laying back and closeing his eyes.

"Blake," Cora said. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't of left you there," She said.

"I'm worried about Blake," Elliot said quietly, laying back next to Tyler.

"Why?" Tyler asked.

Blake narrowed his eyes. He still wasn't gonna say anything.

"'Cause he was hurt," Elliot said. "And he hasn't said a word all day," she added sadly.

Cora grew irritated. "But you did push me in the lake this morning," she added. "You could've killed me."

"Blake is being Blake. He be fine." Tyler said without openig his eyes

Blake stood up, his hands in fists.

"I TRIPED! Not my fault!" He yelled. Then he shut his mouth and truned to leave.

Elliot shrugged, but she still looked worried. She sat up, unable to relax.

Cora smirked. "I got you to talk," She said simply. She still didn't believe it had been an accident earlier. She stood up as well.

Blake started for the door. It had been an accident, and he knew Cora was to full of her self to believe that.

Tyler opened his eyes. "What'cha thinking about?"

Cora followed Blake to the door. She had nothing else to say to him.

"Blake," Elliot mumbled. She began pulling up fistfuls of grass with her hands, nervous.

Tuler laguhed. "It's not like he's gonna die from that little scarth."

Blake pulled the door open and walked outside.

"It's not just that!" Elliot protested. "He hasn't said a word all day," she said.

Cora followed Blake.

"And that's bad how?" Tyler asked.

Blake walked off in the other then the feilds.

Cora sighed when she saw Blake going the other way. Elliot saw him as well and got up and ran after him. Cora walked over to Tyler.

Tyler layed back agai ad closed his eyes.

Blake kept walking,

Cora sat down next to Tyler. She didn't say anything; she enjoyed the silence.

"Blake!" Elliot called after him, running still to catch up. "Blake, wait for me!!"

Tyler knew Cora liked silence so he started to whistle, so the silence would disapper.
