"I don't think Isaac could torture him. Carlisle use to be a demon after all. But Isaac will try to get him to be a demon again. All he has to do is pushed him into making a mistake." "Isn't he already?" Isaac asked appearing into the room. His arms were crossed over his chest. "Aren't I? Weren't you at one time?"

Tyler stepped out into the halls. HIs head was hurting. He saw Elliot, and sat quietly next to her.

Andrea sighed in expasperation. She looked like she really might refuse, but finally she gave in.

"Fine," She said. "Fine!" She said. Joanna had to resist the urge to roll her eyes.

"One big happy family reunion coming right up," she mumbled, and touched the older woman's arm. She disappeared, and reappeard next to her husband.

Cora looked up in surprise as Issac showed up, followed shortly by Andrea. She jumped and crawled farther back onto the bed, eyes wide in surprise.

Elliot glanced over at Tyler as he sat down next to her, feeling a wave of relief rush over her. "Hey," she said quietly, through gritted teeth, obviously in pain.

Melanie withdrew her hand from Hope once again, and took a step back. She didn't want to do this. But in a way, she was doing it for him. If she didn't, who was to stop the goddess from changing him into a fallen again??

"Can I help you two?" Carlisle asked bitterly. His jaw was clenched as he glared at the two

Isaac smiled. "Is that how you great you father," He glanced at Andrea. "And mother?" He asked. "I'm here to make your life awful." He said.

Tyler didn't noticed. His head was hurting, and things were spinning.

Warren glared at her. He placed his hand on hope, to clam her.

"And I'm here to stop your father from doing that," Andrea mumbled, somewhat bitterly. Cora blinked once, twice, in surprise.

"So you're..." She said, looking at Isaac. "And you're..." She looked at Andrew, slowly placing the pieces together in her mind as to why they were here.

Elliot frowned. "Tyler?" She asked quietly, scooting closer carefully. "Tyler, are you okay??" She asked quietly, placing a hand on his shoulder.

Raven stood up then. She didn't know what she was doing as she began to walk. She wanted to see Sable again. Would a visit to the underworld really be such a bad thing? She knew she wasn't supposed to go there, but...She wanted to. She wanted to see him, try to bring him back. She had to at least try. Didn't she?

Melanie tried not to show how much this was hurting her. She didn't like being a demon; she hated it. She turned her face away from Warren as he glared at her, looking as though he had just slapped her instead.

"Well mom, thank you." Carlisle said sincerely. Even if he disliked his mother he was grateful for her being there now. His grudge for his father deepened. "Not likely Isaac... I have help in more ways then one." he meant Cora as well as his mother.

"Are you sure your mother won't drive you crazy as well?" He asked, smirking. "She has a certain talent for that." He said.

Tyler stood up. "I'm not well." He said. "Go." He said quietly, he was fighting against himself. He hoped she understood, he was going insane again.

Warren looked away. He sighed, and tried to smile at Hope.

Andrea spun on her husband, anger flaring on her face. "Look here," She said, poking a finger at his chest. Anyone who knew her knew that she could yell about anything, for a long time. "I haven't seen you in at least a hundred years, except at our son's wedding. And already I'm sick of you again!" She shouted. "You are a demon, this is your job. That's all fine and good, but you're enjoying this!" She said. "You selfish creep."

Cora just stared, unsure if she should leave. She glanced at Carlisle, as if to ask if it was always like this.

Elliot's eyes widened as she shook her head. "No," She said quietly. "No!" She shouted. "No, this isn't happening again!" She yelled. "Tyler, Tyler look at me," she said, pushing herself to her feet. The pain in her back flare up anew, but she ignored it, even as she felt blood soaking through her dress once more. "You're fine. You're fine, nothing's going to happen to you again. It can't....Jake said so," She said. "That's why....why..." She seemed unable to finish her thoughts.

Melanie closed her eyes tightly, and stared down at her hands. They were trembling slightly. She quickly hid them behind her back so he wouldn't see.

"This might go on for a bit. Isaac makes her angry." Carlisle whispered, "And for good reason." he added before standing up. "Can I get you anything mom?" he asked.

Isaac glared at her, taking her hand, and pushing it away from his chest. "I' selfish!?" He demaned. "Must I remind you!? Demon! I'm not welcomed in your peaceful fariy tale world!" He yelled, he could go one as long as his wife could. "What was stopping you from visiting me!?" He demaned. "While you were resting in peace, my afterlife was no more different then life! And you think you are the only one sick of this!? I'm not fond of this arragment etheir!"

"It's late." He said softly. "You should go to bed."

Hope nodded, and climbed up the stairs.

Andrea simply shook her head at her son, her eyes only on her husband.

"Fairy tale world?" She demanded, her voice rising. "Fairy tale world?? You think it's all fun and games, don't you??" She asked, her hands falling to her sides. "And do you think that me going to your little home would have been a very smart idea?? I don't have a death wish, you know!" She said. Cora wondered if she should point out that she was already dead, but decided against it.

Elliot shook her head. "No!" She said stubbornly. "I won't leave you, not like this," She said. She shook her head over and over again, as if reassuring herself of that fact.

Melanie was silent, and watched as Hope left, climbing up the stairs. She quickly turned to follow, not saying a word to Warren.

Raven soon found herself standing in front of her old home. No one had lived here in a long time, that much was obvious just from looking at it. She cautiously picked her way through the overgrown grass and to the front door. It was ajar, and she pushed it open the rest of the way.

She could see things the way they used to be. Her and Sable sitting at the dinner table, holding hands underneath it in a silent gesture of comfort as their parents argued. But when she blinked, it was all gone, replaced by the empty, dark room she now stood in.

Carlisle shrugged and back down beside Cora. "Thank god we are stable..." he muttered, he knew this could go on for awhile.

What Cora didn't point out Isaac didn't fail to. "Dead? You're already dead!" He excalmied. "And what right do you have to decide if something is smart? Last time I cheked you were a moron. Are you still brain dead?" He asked, his glare not leaveing her face.

Warren grabbed her wrist. "No, you stay with me." He said.

Andrea blinked once, twice, as if she couldn't believe he had really said that to her. A loud smack was heard, echoing throughout the room. She pulled her hand back; she had slapped him, hard.

"Don't talk to me like that!" She shouted, seemingly having forgotten why she was here in the first place. Right now, she was just arguing.

Cora's eyes widened in surprise, and she glanced at Carlisle.

"Maybe we should go---" she mumbled.

Elliot didn't want to hear this, any of it.

"You're fine," She said quietly, stepping towards him after he had pushed her away. She placed a trembling hand on his cheek, shaking her head. "You're fine," she repeated, though she wasn't sure anymore if it was for his benefit or her own. "Look me in the eyes. You're not going to change," She whispered, voice trembling.

Melanie glanced at Warren, and pulled her wrist free. She stepped back, keeping her face impassive.

"I have a job to do, as do you," she said simply. Something was different about her voice as she spoke now.

Raven remembered the day they had run away. How happy she had been, how nervous he had been. She walked slowly farther into the house, and up the stairs, which creaked under her weight after years of vacany. She stirred up dust with each step, causing her to sneeze, a strangely loud sound in the empty house.

"Smart idea. We'll sleep in the spare room." Carlisle muttered as he stood up and quietly walked to the door. His tiredness was finally getting to him.

Isaac's hand flew to his cheek, and he turn back to glare at her. "Really now?" He spat. "Isn't that childish?" He asked, inrogeing the fact that so was calling her stupid. "Well, no said you ever did grow up." He spat. His next insult was aimed at both his wife, and his son. "I see he gets his stupity from you."

Suddenly he grabbed her by the arms. "I said go away." He spat. Something in his eyes changed.

Warren looked sad. "Please." He begged. "Stay with me for alittle while longer, this might be the last time I can hold you."

Andrea glared at him. Cora looked like she'd have liked to say something, but held her tongue, instead following Carlisle to the door.

"From me?? Says the man who calls his wife stupid?!" Andrea demanded. She looked as though she'd like nothing more than to slap him again.

Elliot's legs shook underneath her, threatening to give way at any moment. Her wings throbbed, and she felt the blood soaking through her shirt. She looked at Tyler, tears stinging her eyes.

"No," She said, suddenly standing up straight and looked straight at him, willing her tears to stay away. They did, at least for now. "No. I won't leave."

Melanie stopped, her back turned to him. She felt her hands trembling again, and slowly turned to face him. Her hair covered half of her face, and she looked like she wanted to cry. She pushed it back. She knew he was telling the truth when he spoke. She had ruined everything; she saw that now. She didn't make a move towards or away from him, struggling now just to maintain her composure.

Carlisle stopped when he heard his fathers words, his hands clenched into fists and his jaw locked. Sure, his mother wasn't his favorite person to have around but in no way did she deserve that, his mother had taken care of him, Damon, and Annabell all without the help of his moronic father. Andrea didn't deserve to be talked to that way. Carlisle stood in the door way, trying to stop himself from doing anything stupid to Isaac.

"I state the truth, as I see it, love." He said. Rather he meant the word love as love, or just somthing to get on her evres with was unknown. "That's how I see it. How many times have I told you this?"

Tyler glared, and in the next moment she was thrown against the wall.

"Please...." Warren's happy tone was still gone, and he was begging her.

Cora came up behind Carlisle, placing a hand on his shoulder gently.

"Come on," she said quietly. "We should go."

Andrea didn't even seem to notice them. She tensed up even more after being called 'love'.

"In that case, I'll tell you the truth as I see it," Andrea said. "You're a self-centered, idiotic, selfish---" the insults carried on, a few colorful words thrown in here and there, including some that Cora had never heard before, that made Cora stare at her, as if hardly believing that she was an angel.

Elliot was unable to surpress the small scream that escaped her lips as her wings hit the wall. They hurt, worse than anything she had ever felt before, worse than even the first day she had gotten them. She rembered the reason why she had endured the pain for so long, and pushed herself to her feet. "Tyler, snap out of it!" She said. "It's not you!"

Melanie didn't know what he was asking of her. She just knew that she wanted nothing more than to wrap her arms around him, hold him close, pretend that everything was okay even though it clearly wasn't. She turned to him, and in a moment was close, her arms wrapped tightly around him, as if afraid that he would disappear if she loosened her grip for even a moment. Tears fell down her cheeks, her small, slender shoulders shaking softly and silently.

Carlisle grabbed Cora's hand lightly, despite his harsh demeanor at the moment, and walked out of the room. He walked down the hallway quickly, forcing himself not to turn back.

Isaac rolled his eyes. "I deny none of that." She said, his voice thick with rage. "But you must be the most thick headed woman I ever met. And quite frankly, I wonder how you even became an angel!"

Tyler merely glared at her. "Not me?" He asked, stepping towards her. "How do you know that? What this is the real me, and the one you know is just an ... illusion?"

Warren hugged her back. As much as he wanted to say that it was okay, he didn't want to lie to her. He knew things may never be okay again.

"I didn't kill anyone!" Andrea yelled suddenly. "Unlike some people I know," She said quietly. She glared at him.

Elliot fought the urge to step back. She held her ground. "The boy I grew up with is not an illusion," she said, her voice low and even. "This is."

Cora squeezed his hand lightly, silently willing him to keep moving.

Melanie buried her face in his chest. "I'm sorry," She said suddenly. "I'm so sorry. I only wanted to help, I wanted to make things better," She cried, her voice muffled by the cloth of his shirt.

Carlisle stopped when he reached the end of the hall and the door to the spare room. He opened the door swiftly but stood motionless as he stared straight forward, his jaw still clenched and his muscles all tensed except for the ones used to hold Cora's hand. Cracking in his chest could be heard as he took in large amounts of breath. He felt no pain in his foot, so he had left his crutches in the bed room.
