The big city.

Carlisle glared at Blake, "I'd like to see you try to go through what I went through, Blake. Although you are the angel you also grew up in a time that you had a choice on whether or not to kill. Sorry for not wanting to die when I was twelve." he said, that was the year he was told he had to be a Knight.

Blake had wrapped his arms around Cora. Suddenly he pushed her away. He was glareing at her husband. "I wasn't talking about your life!" Blake yelled. "I was talking about your after life. I saw you enjoyed it, I saw the smirks and the smiles! Can you blame me for thinking that side of you might still be there!?" He demaned.

"Gah!" Lance excalimed. "How long have you been awake?" He asked.

Darren held her hnad tightly.

Cora flinched as Carlisle spoke, then Blake pushed her back and yelled. She hadn't thought of it like that, as if that part of Carlisle could still be there. But now that he had said it, she was wondering. She looked at Carlisle silently, then back at Blake.

"Please don't," She said quietly.

Laurinda blinked once, twice, and shrugged slightly. "10 minutes?" She guessed. "Give or take." She was silent, still laying with her head in his lap. She wondered why she didn't just lie about how long she had been up.

Joanna appeared in the underworld, and looked around quickly, still holding her sister's hand so she could see.

"Do you see me hurting people now? I love Ashley, I really do. I regret the amount of pain I caused but of course, because you are angel you know it all right? Your the angel so you can decide whether or not I'm evil, right?" Carlisle said his voice was low, "And as for your little murderer accusation, the last person I killed was an order from my king when I was still human." he then walked out if the room on his crutches, "Sorry Cora, but I'm not tired right now. I'll be down stairs on the couch." he said the whole time he didn't yell or look angry, he looked saddened that even though he proved himself Blake still saw nothing more in him then the demon he had been. He walked down the stairs slowly and then sat upon the couch.

Blake let out a half gowrl. He had just saved this man's life, and that was the thanks he got? Just because he wasn't hurting someone now, didn't mean that it wasn't still buried someone in there. Like Tyler's insanty. Tyler wouldn't hurt a fly, then he would snap, and a whole country could be wipped out!

Blake hands were in fists. He looked at Cora. "I tryed." He said. "I'm leaveing."

Darren sighed, and started to pull her toward the thrown room.

Cora was silent as they spoke, staring down at her feet. She looked up as Carlisle walked downstairs, then back at Blake. She too was thinking of Tyler. Blake had planted the seeds in her mind, and now they wouldn't leave. She finally just nodded when he said he was leaving.

"Thanks," She said quietly.

Laurinda just nodded. She sat up slowly, but ended up leaning heavily on him as she sat on the couch.

"But," She said quietly. "I don't understand."

Joanna followed silently, her eyes straight ahead.

Blake disappeared, after he hugged her.

"What don't you understand?" Link asked quietly.

Soon they stood in front of the goddess. "Yes?" She asked boredly.

Carlisle laid down and tried not to think, what if Blake was right? If he was then the person he would hurt would be the closest to him, Cora, he stiffened at the mere thought. "Why did I do this? What was I thinking? I should have just left her alone, if I had this wouldn't all be happening. I'd be a demon and there would be no chance I could hurt her because she'd still be in Heaven still." he muttered in pain, "It's too late to change that now, I can't turn back time and I can't stop loving her. I'm an idiot..." he told himself. "I have to be careful, if I hurt her I'll never be able to live with myself not even as a demon." It was that moment he swore to be deliberately careful with EVERYTHING he did around her, whether it be big or small he vowed to be careful.

"Carlisle remains a human," Joanna said simply. "His fate has been decided. But if he slips up, he will be returned to you."

Ava was still asleep on his bed, curled up in a tight ball under the covers. If one looked at the bed, they wouldn't be able to tell someone was even there unless they looked closely.

Cora looked at the spot where Blake had stood moments before silently for a few moments before slowly sinking down onto the bed once more. What if he was right? What if that part of Carlisle was still there, waiting to come out? She didn't understand it.

Carlisle decided to get up and walk up stairs, upon entering the room he stopped and looked at Cora on the bed. "You believe him, don't you? You think I'll snap and hurt people, right?" he asked, "That's not me, I think I have proven that. I've defended you against demons, including my brother, and I've never intentionally hurt you. Nor will I ever let that happen because even if he thinks it with every fiber of his being I believe with every fiber of mine that love can change a person. I truly mean that, I would never hurt you or anyone human." his voice was saddened at the thought she could think he would.

Isaac was sitting in the coner. He looked up when they mention his son. The goddess smirked. "Very intersting. Isaac!" She said, and the demon stood up.

"Let me geuss, you want me to froce jim into messing up?" He asked.

Blake appeared in the one, he went to lay on the bed, only to find Ava under the covers.

"But you meant it?" Laurinda asked quietly. "You meant it, about what you said?" She asked quietly.

Joanna frowned as she looked at Isaac, and gripped her sister's hand tighter. Their message was delivered; they should leave.

Raven finally stood up, her legs shaking underneath her. Her tars had finally run out, it seemed. It was dark out, and the park was empty. She walked to the swings and sat down slowly, and closed her eyes. All the times she and Sable had come here, both in life and after, ran through her mind, and her head fell. Her tears weren't gone after all.

Ava didn't move, still fast asleep. Her blonde hair fell over her eyes, and her chest rose and lowered and steady breathes. She didn't even look like she was having a nightmare for once.

Cora looked up as Carlisle walked in, feeling like a kid caught doing something bad. She looked down, flinching with each word he spoke, because he was right. How she could even think for a moment that he would do a thing to her was beyond her, or that he could even do a thing to anybody. She finally just shrugged, pulling her knees up to her chest and looking at the ground.

"I should go," Hymn said softly, but she sounded like she wanted anything but. "I can end this now."

She took a few steps to the entrance of the cave, but the large bruise on her side made even breathing difficult. She groaned and fell to her knees near the entrance. Everything hurt.

Carlisle's expression softened as he walked over to the bed and sat beside her, "But I think the whole point of all of this is..." he grabbed her chin lightly and made her look at him, he brought his face close to hers and smiled, "I get to stay your human husband. Now you truly are stuck with me. "

Link frowned. "Why would I lie about that?" He asked.

Darren disappeared, and reappeared in Haven. "We have to do somthing." She said.

Blake layed down next to her. He was smileing softly.

Chris was next to her. "Hymn?"

The goddess smiled, and nodded. "Go." She said.

Cora smiled slightly at him, and nodded. "I'm glad," She said qiuetly. "To be stuck with you."

Joanna nodded. "Yeah," She said quietly. "But what?"

Ava turned on her side, so she was facing Blake. She was still fast asleep.

Hymn shook her head. "Okay, not now," She said quietly, her teeth gritted together tightly. She cursed under her breathe. "I hate being like this..." she said quietly. She had a hand on her side; every breathe she took hurt worse than the last.

Andrea was near the crow tree, walking.

Laurinda shrugged. "Dunno," She said quietly, pushing herself off of him and sitting up straight, ignoring her throbbing head. "But..I feel the same way," she said quietly, looking down at her hands, cheeks bright red.

"Good because I wouldn't have it any other way." Carlisle said and his smile widened a little. He really wanted so kiss her but refrained from it for the time being, but after another moment he sighed "May I kiss you now?" he asked.

Darren looked thoughtful. "His mother?" She asked.

Chris picked her up, and led her down the cordorrs, and laid her on his bed. "You should rest.

Link smiled at her. "Really?"

Cora bit her lip, then smiled and nodded. "Yes," She said quietly.

Hymn looked up as she soon found herself laying on his bed. She normally would have protested, and very vehemently, but right now she was in too much pain and too exhausted to.

"Sure," she mumbled.

Laurinda nodded. "Yeah, really," She said quietly, still staring at her hands. Her stomach turned; she wasn't used to this. She didn't know what she was supposed to do.

Joanna nodded. "Good idea," She said quietly. "Come on," She said, and started to walk. Soon she stepped in front of Andrea, who folded her arms across her chest and looked at them.

"May I help you?" She asked simply.

Carlisle grinned boyishly before he kissed her tenderly. His hand sat on her cheek gently as he thumb brushed across it carefully.

Chris smiled at her. "Thank you." He said.

"You should really go back to sleep." He said quietly.

"Your son is in danger." Darren said quickly.

Cora kissed him back, carefully placing a hand on his arm. She didn't want to hurt him anymore than he already was.

Hymn nodded. "Please don't do anything stupid while I'm asleep," she said quietly.

Andrea frowned. "By whom?" She asked simply. Joanna frowned; what was wrong with her?

Laurinda nodded slowly. "Alright," She said quietly. She closed her eyes, leaning her head back against the couch. She was asleep before she even realized how tired she was, and her head fell on his shoulder.

Carlisle gently moved her legs to they weren't at her chest before wrapping his broken arm around her waist, kissing her without a threat over his head sent a small tingle up his spine He kissed her more eagerly but made sure not to be forceful with her.

Chris smiled. "I promise." He said.

"Isaac." Darren said simply.

Link smiled at her.

Andrea frowned. "They sent my husband to torture my child..." She mumbled. She started to pace back and forth, hands folded behind her back. Joanna raised an eyebrow at her.

"I'm not a guardian!" Andrea said finally, looking at them. "What do you expect me to do??"

Cora was afraid to hurt him. She kissed him carefully, and finally pulled back, shaking her head. "You're hurt," She said quielty, as if he didn't already know.

Hymn nodded, and closed her eyes. Every breathe ahced her side, but eventually sleep did come. She flinched every few moments, but was gone to the world.

Elliot was still in the underworld, sitting in one of the many corridors. Her wings were aching all over again, and she was struggling not to scream. She wasn't going to leave. She was sick of Andrew, of everyone there. She wanted to find Tyler, but right now, her wings hurt too much to even move.

Laurinda's cheeks were still red as she slept, weather from fever or from blushing one couldn't be sure. Her cheeks and arms were covered in dirt, her clothes wrinkled and stained, hanging off her much smaller body.

Ava turned in her sleep once more, but was still sleeping peacefully for once.

Carlisle smiled a little before kissing her cheek. "Damn you, Damon." he pouted fakely. He let her go and backed away slightly.
