"It's okay," She said quietly. She smiled up at him, reaching up and placing a hand lightly on his cheek.

Blake was looking for Ava, worried and scared.

Jade was sittig on the bed, she had't slept last night, or in days. She was gettig paler, ut sh no longer noticed.

Dust was sittig on the sofa.

Lance was in the ext town over, hlping his other anut clea out Mason's room. He didn't think they should touch it, but she would't leave him alone till he agreed to help.

Ava and Nick were long gone by now. Ava didn't go williingly, however, and even at the moment she was trying to fight her way out. She wouldn't give up so easily; not this time.

Ashlyn felt like crap.

She was laying on her bed, staring up at the ceiling. Her father hadn't noticed, but she had been acting strange ever since she came home the day before, stranger than usual. She was trying to convince herself that everything was okay, that it didn't matter, but she knew that it was all lies. It did matter; it always would. And no matter how hard she tried to forget, she couldn't.

She sotod up and turned on the TV before sitting back down on the bed. She pulled her pillow close to her chest, stilli n her pjs though it wasn't early morning. She had no plans on getting dressed today, nor getting out of bed. Maybe not ever again. Seeing Mason's coffin had truly done her in. She was through.

Laurinda was wandering the streets again. She was walking strange, and her arm was bleeding. She had tried to pickpocket someone the night before, but they had caught her and 'tuaght her alesson', as they had worded it. She had wandered to the next town over, and was passing in front of a house now that she didn't know contained the very person she had robbed from not too long ago, the crazy person with the sword. Her vision was blurring and a few drops of blood hit the pavement.

Sable didn't know what to do.

He couldn't go ask for help in heaven from him again, but he couldn't just let Jade go. He felt torn at the seams, and Raven could see this. Right now they wre both sitting outside, behind James' house.

Lenora was sitting in the kitchen, attempting another drawing. one of Dust. Her nightmare had stuck with her and bothered her ever since she had woken up, and she hadn't slept since. She refused to.

Cora had fallen asleep on the couch downstairs. She had seemed very tired lately for some reason.

Lance frowned as he pulled old books off the self. He didn't wat to do this, and he was here alone! Marybeth, ad mom had errens to run.

Jade was stareing at her hands wordlessly.

Ruby and Zinc were smileing.

Laurinda kept walking past the house, and collapsed in an alley near the city. She was breathing heavily, and her world spun around her.

Sable soon stood up and went inside. Raven followed.

Lenora ignored James and tried to focus on her drawing, but couldn't seem to do it right.

Ashlyn was soon asleep. She had been sleeping far too much lately. She was getting lazy.

Lance had looked out the window in time to see the girl walk pass. He ra out of the house ad followed her.

"You keep messig up." Jmes said.

Carlisle sat a chair in the living room close by Cora. He was sitting in it sideways and was reading a book. The title read, The Tragedy of Macbeth scrawled across it.

Lenora put her pencil down and glared at James, attempting to cover the drawing.

"So what?" She asked.

Laurinda had her eyes closed, her head resting against the bricks behind her. She didn't even see Lance. She had one hand over her arm, the white tshirt she had stolen now red and sticky with blood.

Cora opened one eye slowly, but didn't let him see that she was awake. She saw what he was reading, and smiled slightly. Then she quickly closed her eye again, listening to him.

Lance frowned. He walked over to the small girl, d gently picked her up.

"Donno." James said.

Carlisle hummed lightly as he read, the hums depicting the mood of what he was reading. He didn't know Cora was awake or he wouldn't have been doing something so embarrassing.

Lenora gave him a slightly sour look before going back to her drawing. Soon, however, she ripped it out and crumpled it up.

Laurinda mumbled something, yet didn't open her eyes. She was too far gone to say anything. Her breathing was shallow and ragged, the other wound on her stomach showing through now. Her shirt, well Blake's shirt, was slowly turning red.

Cora smiled slightly in her sleep. listening to him hum. She still didn't show she was awake, and continued to listen.

As the tragic scene right before Duncan's death his humming became more dramatic. When the next scene started it became somber over the King's death. He was enjoying himself as he read, he usually didn't read around Cora for this reason because his humming was strange to him.

Jade stood up, and jut as fas fell to the ground.

Lance soon laid her dow on the sofa. He left and retrued with damp rags. He was going to try stop the bleeding, and then take her to the E.R.

Sable ran upstairs in time to see Jade fall. He knelt down next to her. "Jade?" He whispered. "Jade, are you alright??"

Raven sat next to Dust on the couch wordlessly.

Lenora glared at him before standing up and going into the living room.

Laurinda's breathing was still ragged and shallow, and she whimpered lightly in her sleep, but made no signs of coming to any time soon.

Cora seemed to understand what she was doing, for she suddenly opened both eyes and smiled at him.

"What happens next?" She asked, her voice breaking the silence and startling even herself.

Carlisle jumped and his book landed on the floor face down. He looked up at her startled and his cheeks burned a flaming red. "N-nothing" he told her as he looked down at the book on the floor and then back up at her.

Cora smiled slightly and sat up, stretching. She picked up the book, and looked at the cover before handing it back to him.

"Why are you so embarrased?" She asked quietly, tilting her head slightly to the side. "Because you were humming?"

"I don't usually let people hear me hum... My parents never liked it so I just do it when I'm alone." Carlisle told her, his cheeks still flaming as he took the book from her. He was still sideways in the chair and he was looking away from her, staring straight forward.

Cora let out a soft chuckle, and slid down from the couch, walking over and kneeling in front of him in the chair, forcing him to look at her.

"I thought it was....cute," She finally decided on a word, and laughed again slightly.

"Thank you" this made Carlisle turn brighter red but in a different way, it went from total embarrassment to just sheepish embarrassment, the type he had when he first started to like Cora.

Lance sigh, and picked her up again, takeing her out to his car.

Jade looked up him. 'no.' she thought.

"Yes, thank you." She said.

Lia suddenly appered into the room. "Lier."

Laurinda still didn't move; she was out cold.

Sable jumped, and then he recognized Lia. The girl who had taken over her body!

His eyes widened slightly, and he knelt down next to Jade and wrapped his arms around her, as if to protect her.

Ashlyn was asleep again.

Melody was in the Underworld, looking for Leon. Soon, she found him.

"Leon!!" She called. "Leon!"

Soon she found him, and grinned, grabbing his shoulders. "Leon!"

Her white dress was covered in blood, but she didn't seem to notice.

Hymn was back in the darkest parts of the underworld, sitting alone. She had her eyes closed, but wasn't asleep.

Cora smiled at him.

"You're welcome," She saaid quietly. She stood up again, and stretched.

Carlisle set his book on a nearby table and looked up at Cora with a boyish grin. "What now then?" he asked her.
