The Redbird's story.

Elliot didn't waver as the boys glared at her. She glared back.

"She was right," She said.

"I feel sorry for what ever scum ever tries to court that little bart, later in life." The 3rd guy said truning around and walk away followed by the others

"I hread Matt lost Abby. The herblist's kid. To some richer guy. About a week ago." The second one had said before leaveing.

Mickey was still sitting on the ground.

Elliot stuck her tongue out at them as they left, ignoring their jab at her. She didn't care.

She went over to Mickey and held out a hand to help her up.

Mickey ingored Elliot's help and stood up.

As soon as the guys were out of sight she went ito a state of flase happiness. "Come on! we need to get afew more thigs" she said. A fake smile.

"Wait, what just happened, Mickey?!" Elliot asked. "Why didn't you fight back??"

"Should I had?" Mickey asked sadly

"Well...yeah!" Elliot said slowly. "I mean, they shouldn't be able to do that to you!!" She cried.

"How would that helped?" Mickey asked.

"To make them go away!" Elliot said.

Mickey glared at Elliot. "I little girl fightig back is annoying In girls my age with guys like that olny makes it wrost."

Elliot said nothing and just looked up at Mickey, her lips pursed tightly together. She said nothing else.

Mickey glanced at Tyler and bent dow and whispbered in her ear "One day it will happen to you."

"Huh?" Elliot whispered. "What will?" She was confused.

"You'll fid out later." She said ad stood. "Lets go."

Elliot was still confused but nodded and stood up. She followed after Mickey.

Mickey was heading back towards the cottage. "Would you like some tea later?" She asked elliot

"Um..yeah, sure!" Elliot said, walking behind her.

Tyler was quick to follow behind.

Mickey inogred the fact she still had a few thigs to pick up before leaveing and headed back to her home.

Elliot quickly followed them, still wondering what Mickey had meant before.

Tyler stoped for a moment and offered Elliot his hand.

Elliot smiled at Tyler and took his hand.

"We need to tell the Redbirds you're okay, remember?" She said.

Tyler nodded.

"Come on!" Mickey yelled.

Elliot jumped when Mickey yelled but nodded and hurried after her, still holdilng Tyler's hand.

Mickey held open the cottage door for them.

Elliot walked inside and then quickly turned around to look at Mickey.
