The big city.

Isaac frowned. "I put the idea in her mind." He admitted.

"Who would you kill?" The goddess was smirking. "This demon can take you back in time." She said as he handed Andrea a knife. "You kill Isaac before his time, and I'll make Annabell an angel again." She said. The demon offered her his hand. "Are you still going to do it?" She asked.

Mason stepped back. "The goddess is toying with you."

Lance glanced at her. "What's wrong?" He asked.

Andrea's eyes widened as the knife was placed in her hand. She stared down at her hand that grasped the hilt of the knife, and her heart raced in her chest. She was actually considering this? She thought of Annabell's young face, then her husband's. She looked at the hand of the demon, and then the goddess. She said nothing in response, but took the demon's hand, making her answer obvious.

Ashlyn shook her head. "Why?" She asked quietly.

"Who?" Chip asked, looking at Mason now.

"Nothing!" Laurinda said quickly, looking at him. "I mean, nothing," She said quietly. She clasped her hands together tightly in her lap. For some reason, she felt...nervous around him, moreso than usual.

"What do you think they're doing?" Cora asked quetly, looking at him as he took a step back. She had a bad feeling in the pit of her stomach, though why she couldn't say.

"To turn Annabell back..." Carlisle answered, "Would you like me to stop them?" he asked quickly.

"Even better!" Annabell shouted, "Why would you even do that?! I don't blame you for this! Or any of what has happened to me! Why would you plant it in her mind to fix it?!"

"I didn't mean to!" He said. "It just slipped, we were fighting again, and she made me mad." He said.

The goddess smirked, and they disappeared, only to reappear in another time.

The demons disappeared, and the door swung open. Isaac looked in. "Where is she?" He demanded.

"Why? Because she likes games. Who? You'll find out when you die." Mason said.

Lance laughed quietly. "Do you want something?" He asked standing up.

Andrea looked around the room they now stood in. Her eyes widened; it was so familiar, yet so distant. It was a small room, occupied only by a bed and a wooden chair that sat in the corner. The wooden floor was cold under her bare feet, and she almost dropped the knife seeing the two figures asleep on the bed. She recognized one as herself immediatly; it was strange, to see yourself as if in a mirror, but know that it was someone from so long ago. She took a step towards the bed, only to hav her eyes fall on the sleeping Isaac. She had to tighten the grip on her knife, her stomach turning.

Chip shook his head slowly. "What now?" He asked quietly. "You can't epect me to just..just go on, like normal," He said quietly. Ashlyn was staring at her hands now, as if searching for something there.

Cora shook her head qucikly. "How?" She asked. "You can't go where they are."

Laurinda looked up at him, suddenly feeling very small. She stood up quickly, but her feet were tangled in her bag. She tried to take a step and ended up falling flat on her face instead.

"Damon... I need you..." Carlisle muttered. He knew he was in the room, he had been since Isaac had left.

"And you finally admit it?" Damon said with a chuckle as he appeared leaning against a wall with a wicked grin on his face, "However I will not help if that one," he pointed to Cora, "Makes that face she makes when she sees me."

"I need you to stop mom from changing Annabell back if it means something will happen to them." Carlisle asked, he ignored Damon's statement.

Annabell followed after him, "She went to fix it, didn't she?" she asked.

Clara laughed. "She went to kill a human Isaac before his time." She said. "What a stupid angel."

Isaac said nothing for a moment. "She would do that?" He finally asked.

"That is exactly what I expect you to do." Mason said, a bitter tone in his voice.

Lance quickly bent down, and picked her up. "Are you okay?" He asked quickly.

Cora glared at Damon. "And what face would you prefer?" She asked. "I'm sorry, but I don't have many to offer," She said, her voice laced thick with sarcasm. She folded her arms across her chest.

Andrea tried to keep her breathing shallow as she took another step closer to the bed. However, a voice reached her ears. It was her name. She froze, thinking one of them had woken up. But as she moved closer she realized it had come from the sleeping Isaac; he had said her name. The knife slipped out of her grasp and clattered to the floor. She turned to the demon.

"No. Take me back. I won't do it."

Chip glared at him. "Why take it out on me? I haven't done anything!" He siad. Ashlyn still hadn't spoken.

Laurinda quickly wriggled out of his grasp, nodding. "I'm fine," She said quickly, brushing her clothes off. She hated being so small; sometimes she felt as if he too thought of her as a little kid.

"First off, mom isn't thick. And second off, even is she was thick your wife isn't very nice when asking for a favor..." Damon said, "Might want to work on it for next time." he added before he disappeared.

"That didn't work... But he's right... Mom isn't a dunce..." Carlisle said in thought.

"I hope not..." Annabell muttered

The demon smiled. "Very well." He said, offering her his hand.

"No one said you did." Mason said.

Lance laughed lightly. "You sure?"

Cora sat down on the edge of the bed. "He just expects me to be nice after what he did to you...? I just want to hurt him everytime I see him," She mumbled, staring down at her hands.

Andrea took the hand without hesitation, but not before picking up the knife once more and holding it tightly in her other hand.

"I don't understand...why would she want me to hurt Chip?" Ashlyn asked quietly, looking at Mason. "I..I barely remember a thing," she said quietly, staring at her hands.

"Positive," Laurinda said simply, picking up the bag. "Are you sure this is okay..?" She asked quietly. "Me staying here, I mean," She mumbled.

Carlisle was torn out of his daze and looked at Cora, "I know I would like to hurt him as well but that won't help, if anything I'll end up with more casts than last time." he said as he sat beside her, "I'm asking you to be nice to him but I am asking that if he is anywhere with you and I'm not there that you call for me and don't push him. I don't know what I'd do if he hurt you." he set a hand gently on her cheek.

When they reappeared Isaac frowned. He looked down at himself. "Nothing has change?" He said, unsure. "You didn't do it?" He was surprised.

The goddess frowned. "So do you go for the second choice?" She asked, not seeming pleased.

Mason sighed. "Why would she want to do anything. When you live forever you tend to get bored." He said.

"I'm sure it's fine." He said, with a sigh. "Now, do you want something or not?" He asked walking to the kitchen.

Laurinda folloewd again, careful not to trip this time. "Yes please," She said instead. She blinked in surprise, thinking about how much things had changed; how much she had changed. She shook it off and followed instead.

Cora nodded, though knew it wasn't a promise she could fully make. But she looked at him nonetheless, and nodded.

Ashlyn shook her head. "It's all coming back to me," She mumbled. "That...that night," She said quietly. Chip was silent.

Andrea didnt' answer him even as he stood there. She dropped the knife, and turned to the godeess. "Yes," She said simply, her voice not wavering once, despite what she was feeling. "The second choice."

"Just don't push him..." Carlisle decided, "As long as I am in the room go ahead but if he catches you alone just don't..." he knew she could not promise she'd be nice, he knew her agreement to that was not true.

"Mom! No! I can deal with it! You don't have to!" Annabell shouted

Link smiled. "And what do you want?" He asked.

Mason looked away. "What is it that you remember?" He asked.

Isaac stepped forward, and grabbed his wife's arm. "Are you stupid!?" He yelled.

Andrea thrust her arm out of her husband's grasp, ignoring her child's shouts of protest. "No!" She shouted. "I'm fixing things, the way I should have before!" She turned to the goddess now, taking a step forward. "Now. Please," She said.

Laurinda grinned. "Food," She said simply, as she smiled at him. She moved her bag to her other shoulder.

"I remember..." Ashlyn said. "I remember you taking me back to my house. I remember...." She closed her eyes tightly. "You kissing me," She said quietly. Chip stiffened, but said nothing. "I remember..." She shook her head; it hurt.

Cora nodded. "Alright," She said quietly. "Alright." She looked away from him now. "But I still don't understand him," She said quietly. "How he could do what he did to you."

"Mom! Don't!" Annabell shouted as she ran forward and grabbed her mother around her upper legs, tears streamed down her face.

"Wow... You really are thick..." Damon said as he stepped into the throne room, "Carlisle was right to send me..."

Carlisle sighed lightly, "Probably with the same way he did the first time, at least this time he stopped before I died..." he muttered, he had a bad feeling in his chest suddenly like something was going horribly wrong.

Isaac stepped back from her. "Andrea." He said, softly, seemingly to softly for him. Then he looked at Damon. "You are just now figuring out what I known for years?" He asked.

Mason looked away. "I was hoping you didn't remember that." He said, softly.

"I presume the eliabe kind?" Link asked. "Please, tell me what would you like to eat?"

Laurinda shrugged, sitting down at the table and putting her bag at her feet. "It doesn't matter, really," She said quietly. Her stomach growled, but she ignored it.

Ashlyn frowned, and looked at him. "Why?" She asked quietly. Chip had left the room; the front door swung shut behind him, but she hardly seemed to notice.

Andrea flinched, but didn't say anyting. "Annabell," She said quietly, gently prying her daughter of off her legs. "You don't understand, the love a mother holds for their child," She said softly, a hand on her cheek, wiping away her tears. "I would do anything for you, and this is anything."

She took the opportunity to slowly approach the goddess' throne, silent now. She said nothing, but met her eyes with no hint of fear.

Cora seemed to feel the same as him, for she stood up suddenly and began to pace back and forth in front of the door, mumbling something to herself.

Something in both of his parents words suddenly made Damon snap, he rushed forward and pinned his dad to a wall. "Don't you ever talk about a women you love that way! Especially not her!" He shouted at his father. "Mom, do what you have to do." he said.

Annabell just nodded at her mother and stood there.

Carlisle watched her pace as the feeling in his chest grew.

The goddess smiled. "This is so amusing." She said. "Clara." She said. The red head nodded, and ran out of her mother's thrown room, returning with a bowl of a blackish inky liquid.

Isaac glared at his son. "What do you know about love?" He demanded. "It makes you do stupid things." He said. "And this has to be one of them." He said, as he punched his own son in the gut, to get him off of him. "This is another." He said, walking toward the goddess. "I'll take her place." He said.

"But you aren't an angel." The goddess said. "I already own you." She said. Isaac flinched back. "Yes, but I'm sure there is worse things you can do to a demon then a fallen." He said. "Like?" The goddess. "There is always that pit of fire you never get to use." He said, without hesitation. Her face was covered in a child like amusement.

"Because, he still ares about you." Mason said softly.

Link pulled out a tub of ice cream out, and two spoons. He set the tub down on the table, not bothering with bowls.

Laurinda laughed slightly, but didn't protest. She smiled at him instead, brushing a strand of red hair out of her eyes and taking one of the spoons. "Anything else happen, while I was gone?" She asked, looking up at him.

Andrea's eyes widened. "No!" She shouted, taking a step forward, glaring at Isaac. "No. I won't let you!" She shouted. "This isn't your burden to bear." She knew it wasn't hers either, but that didn't stop her. "You're already suffering. I won't let you make it worse," She said quietly.

She looked at the goddess. "The deal was for me, not him!" She said. "Not him," She repeated, her voice softer this time. "Not him."

Ashlyn looked down at her feet. Her hands were shaking, badly. "I don't..know.." She mumbled, her mind racing once more. It hurt, worse than she could remember anything ever hurting before.

Cora suddenly turned back to face him, eyes wide with concern and panic. She couldn't place why she felt like this, but she knew something was wrong.

Carlisle's frown deepened as the pressure seemed to build, "I don't like this..." he muttered.

Damon buckled to his knees from the pain, "Both of you shut up! You two may fight but at least you have each other! Neither of you should carry that burden simply because Annabell has asked you not to!" he shouted as he stood back up, "Just go back to fighting and leave here!"

Isaac looked at Andrea. "And you haven't?" He asked, in a low voice. He looked at Damon. "Would you make up your mind!?" He demanded. "First you tell her to do what she feels is right, and now you are saying not to."

Link shrugged. "Nothing much." He said. "How about for you?"

Mason looked away. He disappeared and reappeared next to Chip.
