The big city.

"I'm sorry, I was slightly bitter that day and I took it out on him. Rose was angry with me about who knows what and I released it on him." Damon said, "I promise that I'll keep myself in check next time, mom. I'm sorry I hurt him." he didn't even look at Cora.

Carlisle rolled his eyes at his brother's attempt to continue to be the favorite, like he always had been. He sighed and sat down, giving up.

Tyler looked sad, and disappeared.

"Aw, Elliot." Jake said. "I like you better like this."

"Still sleepily?" Lance asked.

Elliot turned to Jake, eyes full of unidentifiable fury; where it had all come from was unkown. She took a step towards him, looking like she'd like nothing more than to rip his head off where he stood. Some part of her seemed to know that it was him who had done this to her, though it had been her decision.

Andrea mumbled something under her breathe and finally just nodded. She had her arms folded across her chest. Cora, however, still looked furious.

Laurinda nodded. "Haven't slept much the past few days," she said quietly. "Oh, before I forget," She said, looking at him. "Your jacket," She said, pulling it out of her backpack. It was hard to imagine how she had made it fit. She held it out to him.

"Stop with the furious looks, Cora. He isn't dead, is he?" Damon said, "As long as he has a pulse you can't say I wanted him dead."

"He has a point..." Annabell appeared on Carlisle's lap.

"That doesn't make it right..." Carlisle muttered.

Isaac leaned against the wall, a bored look on his face. He looked at Annabell when she appeared. He almost smiled. Almost. "Well, isn't this a big happy family reunion." He remarked.

Jake frowned. "Fill the that pain in your back?" He asked. "I can't make it worse." He said, smiling.

"You keep it." Lance said. "You can use my bed if you like."

Andrea looked at Annabell, and walked over to her, hugging her quickly before pulling away. It was strange; she showed at least some affection for her children, yet not for her own husband.

Cora ignored Damon, and held her glare steady.

Elliot didn't seem to hear him, and if she did, she didn't care. She stepped closer to him, a murderous glint in her eyes.

Laurinda shook her head quickly. "No," She said. "I won't take your bed away from you, too," She said quickly.

Annabell hugged her mom back, "Hey mommy!" she said before jumping off of Carlisle's lap and running to her father, "Hey daddy!" she hugged him as hard as she could around the legs.

Isaac's face softened as the little girl hugged him. "Hello Annabell." Some how his voice also seemed softer.

Jake laughed. He wasn't scared.

"It is the middle of the day." He said. "I don't need it."

Andrea watched Isaac with the smallest of frowns on her face. Cora just looked confused.

Elliot was in front of him now, and she looked ready to hurt him. Her hands were clenched into tight fists at her sides, her eyes blank.

"Right," Laurinda mumbled. She stretched her legs out, unable to surpress another yawn. "But I'm not tired," She lied. Her lie was obvious.

Annabell released her father's legs and went back to her mom and grabbed her hand, "How are you?" she asked them both eagerly.

Carlisle sighed, he knew Annabell would lighten just about anything if she could.

Damon frowned, Annabell was here and now there was no chance to get his mom to forgive him, not now anyway.

Isaac went back to being silent, not answering his child's question.

Kindell appeared then. "NO!" He yelled, standing in front of Jake.

Lance looked at. "You are an awful liar." He said.

Andrea gripped her daughter's hand in her own, and when Isaac didn't answer, she did. "I've been better," she said honestly, glaring at Isaac as she said so, as if he were the reason for all her unhappiness.

Elliot glared at Kindell, and grabbed his wrist tightly, her nails digging into his skin. She didn't speak a word as she snapped his wrist in one simple movment, the noise echoing throughout the room and off the walls.

Laurinda sighed. "I know," she said quietly. "It's one of my many flaws. But," She added, looking up. "I'm still not going to sleep."

"Oh..." Annabell muttered and she looked over at her dad with an expectant smile on her face, "And you?" she asked, she wanted her answer and she would get it even if it meant acting like a child.

"Never better." He said, not makings it clear if he was telling the truth or not, he was an excellent liar.

Kindell cried out. Some in Jake snapped then, he pushed Kindell out of the way, and quickly threw Elliot at the the wall.

"We will see," Lance said.

Something passed through Andrea's eyes then, but it was hard to tell just what. She looked away then.

Laurinda watched him with her eyes for a few moments before she really began to feel tired. She decided to keep herself up by writing more in her journal. She pulled it open to the page she had written today, everything about Link. She had just began to write again when her eyes began to close. She quickly opened them again. She wouldn't sleep; not now. But she soon found herself drifting off again, and fell into a peaceful sleep in the chair, the journal still open in her lap.

Elliot hit the wall hard, the pain in her back flaring up. She cried out, but nothing had changed. Her eyes were still blank, and cold.

Annabell frowned, she knew that her parents kept most things from her when she was living but now that she was no longer mentally a child she had hoped they would get over it. She let go of her mother's hand and walked back over to Carlisle, "You two will never get over yourselves, I thought my death might have brought you two even a tiny bit closer but it obviously didn't. It appears all I died for was so that idiot could live!" she shouted, the childish Annabell was gone now.

Carlisle was amazed Annabell would even do that to their parents.

Damon was shocked at his sister.

Anger flashed over Isaac's face, as he watched his daughter. "You were cuter when you were alive." He spat. He didn't mean to let that slip, but that little girl was seriously ticking him off. Still leaning against the wall, he hit it with the side of his fist, leaving a hole behind.

Blake appeared then, wanting to see his sister. He glanced around. "I see I was not invited to the party."

Lance laughed, and walked over to her. He glanced down at the dairy and caught sight of his name, he read a few lines, before slamming it shut. It wasn't his right to read that. He picked her up, and brought her to his room, where he laid her on his bed.

Jake was standing over her now, anger in his eyes.

Andrea glared at Issac, and then the hole in the wall. She spun around as Blake appeared and, as if seeing that it was becoming too crowded, stormed into the kitchen.

Cora stood up suddenly when she saw Blake, feeling at least a bit less stressed and shocked with him here. This was all going nowhere but downhill.

Laurinda didn't move a muscle as he picked her up and lay her on his bed. She was fast asleep, and having a bed to sleep in only made her not want to wake up even more.

Elliot glared back up at him, and sat up slowly. She didn't seem to be scared of him at all.

"I'm sorry about the hole I created by saying the truth." Annabell said to Carlisle and Cora. She then turned to Isaac, "Daddy, I'm sorry but it's true. I hope this doesn't mean you'll hate me because I love you, you're my daddy after all." she said.

Carlisle nodded at Annabell's apology and then looked at Blake, his face showing nothing.

Isaac was frowning deeply at the little girl. "Some truths don't need to be stated." He said.

Blake was frowning. He looked at Carlisle. "Your father seems like an-" He cut him self off. "He seems like a," He paused looking for the right word, not wanting to use the one that first came to mind. "jerk...?"

Jake pinned her to the ground. "Never touch my brother again!" He spat.

Kindell was staring wide eyed.

Cora sighed. "Sharp as ever, I see, Blake," she said, walking over to him. She glanced around the room, then back at her brother. "Why are you here?" She asked quietly, softer.

Elliot looked up at him, and spat in his face as a response. She didn't even say a word. Her eyes were blank, dead, cold, and full of hatred that had no source.

Andrew walked to the entrance of the cave now, arms folded across his chest as he looked, wondering what was going on.

Annabell held back her tears, she was a child once more. She latched onto the person she reached first, Cora, and wept slightly.

"Well, that's a nice way to state it." Carlisle muttered, "But yes, yes he is. She's six and he made her cry, I hope he's happy..." he muttered

Isaac looked away, not wanting to see the little girl cry.

"I can't visit you?" He asked.

Jake suddenly had her thrown across the cave again. By mistake, he threw her at Andrew.

Cora wrapped her arms around the small girl, glaring at Isaac. She opened her mouth to yell, but a loud noise interupted her thoughts. Her mouth dropped open in surprise, realizing that it was Andrea, who had just punched Isaac in the mouth, hard enough to make a loud enough noise.

"I picked up a few things from these times," She growled. She stormed out of the room again, this time outside. Cora had a feeling seeing that, or hearing it at least, wasn't going to help the young girl any.

Andrew fell back, Elliot laying on top of him, her head on his chest. She was passed out cold. Andrew, who had figured out what was going on by now, slowly stood up, cradling the smaller girl in his arms, surprisingly gently for someone like...well, him.

Annabell's muffled cries became not so muffled as they got louder and she buried her head further into Cora. She thought she could deal with her feuding parents and not cry like she use to but her present state proved that the young girl could never truely get over it.

Carlisle stood up and walked over to Cora, he hummed softly in hopes of soothing his sister.

Damon frowned and disappeared.
