Hymn just nodded in silence, and pulled her cloak back up over her head. "If that's all you need, I'm going now," She said, her voice low and even. With her hood up, it was impossible to see the tears streaming down her cheeks even now.

Ava frowned, but nodded. "I hope she's okay," She said quietly.

Laurinda frowned when he did. "I'm fine," She said, in repsonse to his statement.

Cora watched as he lit the cigarette, and stood up, releasing his hand. "I can't be out here if you're going to do that," She said simply, her voice slightly sharp. She turned and walked inside then.

Chris sighed. "I do love you."

Lance nodded.

Carlisle sighed and put the cigarette to the ground and stamped it out. He stood up and walked in after her. He went upstairs and changed his shirt and brushed his teeth to get rid of the smell. Before walking downstairs again.

Hymn just nodded. "Yeah, whatever," She mumbled, and then turned to leave, covering herself with her cloak and hiding her face.

"Where's Lance?" Ava asked suddenly, glancing around. "I haven't seen him."

Laurinda looked up at the setting sun. "It's pretty," She said suddenly.

Cora was on the couch, staring at the blank TV screen. She didn't even seem to notice when he came back down.

Raven was soon at the top of the tree, and sat on a branch, gripping it tightly and swinging her legs, a bright smile on her face. It was beautiful from up here.

Carlisle walked to the couch and set the cigarettes down on the couch beside her. "I don't want to disappoint you..." he muttered before walking into the kitchen.

"He went to the park." He said.

Aden appeared at the base of the tree.

Cora sighed, and stood up, walking after him. "You didn't disappoint me," She said. "I just don't want you to shorten your life," She mumbled.

Laurinda lay back. "Hey, Lance," She said, looking up at the sun, her hands behind her head. "You start school again soon, right? Will I see you as much?" She asked, trying to sound as casual as possilbe.

Hymn walked out and began to walk down the corridors aimlessly, her mind and heart even more confused than before.

Ava nodded. She smiled at him, and stood up, stretching.

Raven started humming to herself, looking up at the sky. Sable was in heaven somewhere, no doubt. She looked around the park, at two humans near the swings she could see from here. She was invisible to humans right now. She looked down, and saw a figure at the base of the tree, but she couldn't make out who it was.

"If I did you'd be upset with me..." Carlisle stated, "Either way I can't..." he had his back to her as he sat down in a chair at the table. "Just don't let me near them, okay?" he asked.

Lance smiled. "I will always make time for you." He said.

Jade sat down under the crow tree, and smiled at Sable.

Cora nodded slowly, and sat down next to him. "Okay," She said quietly.

Raven recognized him, and her face lit up. She waved back, but almost lost her balance. She gripped the branch, and began making her way down. She soon jumped off, landing in front of him.

"Hello!" She grinned, her face still lit up.

Laurinda looked back up at him, blinking in surprise. She slowly nodded, a small smile making its way across her features.

Sable looked at her, returning her smile with one of his own.

"Hey," He said.

"You agree now but once he goes into nicotine withdrawl you'll wish you he smoked!" Damon appeared, he was sitting on the counter behind Cora.

Carlisle looked up and grabbed on to the edge of the table until his knuckles turned white. He said nothing, he was trying to control himself so he wouldn't try to attack his brother once more.

"Plus... If you die from lung cancer if will be rather easy to mess with your wife." Damon said to his brother.

The table underneath Carlisle's grip began to groan from the force on it.

Aden smiled. "How are you?"

Lance smiled back, and pointed to the bag. "I want ti see you eat something before I have to leave."

"How are you?" Jade inquired.

Cora glared at Damon, placing a hand over Carlisle's, as if to calm him without using words.

Laurinda sighed and nodded, but didn't protest. She had lost even more weight over the past weeks. She opened the bag.

"Good," Sable smiled at her. "And you?" He asked, taking her hand absentmindedly.

"Good," Raven said, smiling as she looked up at him. "And you??" She asked, never once losing her smile.

lance frowned and looked her up and down. "Your so small." He said, quietly. He didn't like that. He suddenly smiled. "One day I'll have to drag you back to my house so my anut can make you gain weight."

She intertwined their fingers. "Nevew bettew." She said, through her 'R's still came out as 'W's.

Aden smiriked. "I think I'm getting closer to finding you out."

Raven's smile faded, but only for a moment.

"W--What do you mean?" She asked.

Sable smiled slightly. "Want me to teach you how to swim again soon?" he asked suddenly.

Laurinda looked down at herself, her frail body, small hands, tiny body. Then back at him. "Maybe you're just big," She teased, attempting to lighten the mood.

Aden shook his head. "You'll see later."

Jade smiled wider. "Yes please."

Lance laughed lightly. "Maybe." He agreed.

"Aww is little Carlie mad?" Damon stood up and walked over to his brother, "Does little Carlie need his wife?" he pushed further.

Suddenly and without warning one of Carlisle's hard left the table and ended up as a fist punching Damon across the room. "If you don't want me to do more of that you'll be the one needing my wife." he snapped. He looked down at his hand, which now had several bleeding bumps on his knuckles from hitting Damon's jaw bone. He stormed out of the room with a wide frown across his face, he walked into a bathroom and tried to tend to his hand.

"Damn he is stronger than I remember..." Damon said as he rubbed his bruised jaw.

Laurinda pulled something out of the bag, hardly noticing what it was, opened the bag, and began to eat silently. She ate faster than normal, showing she hadn't had a meal for at least a few days.

Sable smiled at her and leaned down and kissed her on the cheek lightly.

Cora stifled a cry as Carlisle suddenly punched Damon, and she only caught a glimpse of his hand before he disappeared. She glared at Damon.

"Good. I hope he does more damage next time," She spat, and ran up the stairs after Carlisle.

"I---I---" Raven stammered, but quickly nodded. There were secrets she didn't want anyone to know. Not little secrets, mind you, but big ones. "Okay."

A few curses towards Damon were heard from the bathroom as Carlisle tried to take care of his hand. He had little success as he tried to disinfect them. A loud growl escaped his chest in anger.

Lance frowned. "If you ever need anything you stop by my house." He reminded her, yet again.

Jade smiled at him. "When?" She asked.

Aden touched her cheek, a grin over his face.

Laurinda nodded. "Yeah," She said quietly, but she knew she probably wouldn't. Not unless things got really bad.

She took another bite of whatever was in the bag (she still didn't know, and didn't care) and ate slowlyh, smiling at him.

Cora frowned, and she walked in next to him, placing her hand over his. "You shouldn't let him get to you," She said softly.

"Whenever you want," Sable said.

Raven's cheeks turned red, and she looked up at him, her breathe caught in her throat.

Lance frowned. "Plaese? I care for you, and I worry about you all the time."

Jade leaned against his shoulder. "Not right now." She said. "I feel like being lazy." She joked softly.

Aden's face fell when he saw how she reacted to his touch. He pulled his hand away, and off.

"I don't like it when he threatens to mess with you." Carlisle muttered. He was trying not to wince, his hand was not use to punching things while he was human, the last thing he had punched was a wall in the caverns. He considered calling for Carmen but decided against it. "Its one thing to mess with me but when he says he'll mess with you once I'm gone... It makes me angry..."

Cora pulled her hand back. "Once you're gone...?" She asked quietly.

Sable smiled slightly, and wrapped an arm around her shoulder.

Laurinda looked down. He worried about her all the time? "Okay," She said softly.

Raven saw his face fall, and frowned when he took his hand away. She didn't mean it in a bad way; she just wasn't used to it is all. She really, really liked him, though she wouldn't say it aloud.

She grabbed his hand again, though hers was much smaller.

"He keeps threatening to kill me... Plus the smoking thing and lung cancer." Carlisle told her, "What? Like I'd leave you willingly? They'll have to pry me away from you, Cora." he said with a small smile.
