Elliot blinked in surprise. "Why?" She asked, but she was smiling.

Ashlyn was silent now. She stood up and walked into the kitchen. She had no food, and picked up the phone, ordering a pizza. She'd have to wait for her first paycheck to have enough money to afford any groceries. All the money she had right now was going towards the rent here.

"Yes." Chris said, laughing.

"Her new boyfriend." James spat.

"I'm bored!" Kindell said.

Mason sighed, and leaned his head back.

"Sheesh, James," Lenora said. "You're so paranoid! Just because she hangs out with a guy, now she's automatically cheating on you?? You have to trust her!" she said.

Ashlyn soon hung up, and sat back down on the couch.

"Mason?" She asked, looking around, trying to pinpoint his location.

Elliot laughed. "Well, there's not much to do here," she said with a small sigh.

Hymn laughed as well, but quickly quited down.

"He kissed her!" James yelled.

"Yes?" He asked, becomeing visable.

"How about we trade. I'll tell you a story about my childhood, if you tell me one of yours." Kindell said.

"Something wrong?" He asked.

With nothing left to say Damon grabbed her waist and pulled her close to him. "I'm still not allowed to have you?" he asked as he brought his lips closer to hers.

"Dam-" Rose said before his lips pressed against her.

Carlisle rolled his eyes and grabbed Annabell up off the couch and headed for stairs, "Please keep your pants on." He said as he passed them.

Rose turned bright red and pulled away from Damon. "I-I can't do this..." she muttered

"Rose..." he mumbled back.

"Why am I torturing myself?" she asked before kissing him again.

Lenora fell silent. "How do you know?" She asked finally. "You can't believe everything Layla tells you, you know," She said.

Ashlyn shrugged. "I think it's better when I can see you," She said quietly. "Less....creepy."

Elliot looked thoughtful for a moment, then nodded. "Deal," She said. "You first," She added quickly.

Hymn shrugged. "I'm not used to laughing so much," She said simply.

"No," James said. "I seen it!" He yelled.

Mason laughed. "Is there something you need?" He asked.

Kindell sat down. "You want one about Jack?"

"oh." Chris said.

Elliot nodded, pulling her knees up to her chest and looking at him. "Yeah," She said.

Ashlyn shook her head. "Not really," She said quietly, changing the channel again.

"Do you know she kissed him? Or did he kiss her?" Lenora pressed on.

Hymn smield at him. "It's weird, but I like it," She said quietly.

"Once we were helping this old lady with her pet." He said. "It needed a bath. In our time only role familys could have dogs, so the pet was a rat. I had so much fun! Every time I brought it towards him, he would take a step back, and I had him pinned against the wall." He paused. "He screamed, when I threw it at him. We were four, I think."

Chris smiled. "I like it too. Your laugh is beatiful."

Elliot started laughing. "Wow..." She said. "That's funny," She smiled at him.

"What?" Ashlyn asked, looking at him now.

"What if he just kissed her? What if she didn't want it? Did she pull back?" She asked.

Hymn blushed and looked down and away.

"Your trun." Kindell said.

MAson shock his head. "Nothing."

James didn't anwser.

Chris grabbed her hand.

Ashlyn frowned, but didn't push it. She answered the door when someone knocked, and came back a few minutes later with a pizza.

Hymn smiled at him, and held his hand tightly, intertwining their fingers.

Lenora rolled her eyes. "You're going to let her go that easily?" She asked.

Elliot looked thoughtful for a moment, then spoke.

"Me and Tyler knew a family who went by the name of the Redbirds," She said. "Cora, Layla, Sally, and Blake. Well, Tyler was a Redbird, too, but he didn't know that," She said. "Anyways," She continued. "Two of the siblings, Blake and Cora, would argue over everything," She said. "I mean, you mention one thing and they could find a way to argue about it," She said. "It was amusing most of the time, but other times it was just frustrating," She said, then fell silent, looking thoughtful again.

Mason smirked and stole a slice of pizza from her.

Chris smiled as well. "Did you have any plesent dreams?" He asked.

"If she doesn't want me . . ." James said.

Kindell smiled. "Sounds like they would have killed each other."

"I didn't know angels eat," Ashlyn said, looking at him.

Hymn nodded. "Yes, but I find that looking at the real thing is much better," She said quietly.

"Did she say that??" Lenora asked. "Stop feeling sorry for yourself and do something about it!" She protested.

Elliot smiled slightly. "Yes, probably," She said quietly.

"Appartently," He said taking a bite. "We do."

Chris smirked. "I feel the same way." He said.

James frowned, and said nothing.

Kindell was pulled to his feet by Jake suddenly appearing.

Ashlyn smiled slightly, and took a bite of her own piece. She wouldn't say so, but she still felt strongly about him. Very strongly. She quickly looked away.

Lenora groaned. "You're impossible!" She shouted, walking into the hall and trying to slam the door behind her, only to find that it was gone. Oh yeah. She had broken it.

Elliot frowned, and stood up quickly. "What are you doing??" She asked Jake.

"I'm geussing you don't have any salt, right?" He said, not noticeing.

Chris reached up, and brushed her hair out of her face.

James looked out the window.

"I want him out." He said simply.

"He's not doing anything to you," Elliot protested.

Hymn kept her smile, but her cheeks were a light pink now.

Lenora sat down on the couch downstairs, mumbling something to herself.

Ashlyn smirked, and stood up. She came back a few moments later with something in her hand. She chucked it at his head.

"Catch," she said simply. It was a salt shaker.

"So?" Jake said.

"It's fine." Kindell said. "I promised Tally I would play with her anyways." He said and disappeared.

Chris suddenly stood up.

It hit him on the head, and gfell to the floor, getting salt everywhere.

"You know Tally???" Elliot asked quickly, but he was already gone. She frowned, then glared at Jake. "Afraid of rats, huh?" She asked.

Hymn frowned, looking up at him. "What's wrong?" She asked quietly.

Ashlyn cursed under her breathe and looked at him. "Why didn't you catch it??" She asked, as if it were his fault, and knelt down on the floor, attempting to clean up most of it and put it back into the salt shaker. "I don't have a vaccum cleaner.." She mumbled under her breathe.

"Appartently not." Jake said. "I'm not afaird of you." He spat.

"Nothing." Chris said. He was lieing. "I should leave."

"I wasn't the one who threw it!" He yelled.

Elliot's smile was gone. She glared at him instead.

Hymn frowned, and stood up as well. "Let me come with," She said quietly.

Ashlyn ignored him, and soon stood up. There was still a small pile on the ground. She handed him the salt shaker, filled with the salt from the ground. "Here," She said sarcastically.

Jake laughed. "Little rat."

"No." Chris said. "I need to think."

Mason frowned and took a pinch salt, and tossed it over his right shoulder. "No thanks, I don't want it know."

Ashlyn laughed. "Superstitious?" She asked, sitting back down on the couch.

Hymn frowned and nodded. She slowly sat back down, watching him silently.

"And you're a big rat," Elliot mumbled.

Mason laguhed. "If you had as much bad luck as I had you would to." He shut his mouth. She did have as much as he. "I'm sorry."

Chris smiled warmly at her. "Good bye, love."

Jake looked at her and shock his head.
