The big city.

"We should get to work." Carlisle muttered, his anger starting to diminish with her touch but still there.

Cora nodded, and took her hand off his shoulder and instead reached for his hand, offering him a small smile.

Carlisle smiled back at her and squeezed her hand lightly. "Thank you." he mumbled.

"No problem," Cora said quietly, and leaned up and kissed him lightly on the cheek.

Carlisle sighed lightly and took his keys out of his pocket. "You ready?" he asked her.

Cora nodded, and took his hand again lightly as she began walking towards the door.

Carlisle followed her, opening the door when they reached it, he still held her hand tightly.

Cora stepped out then turned back to face him, smiling lightly and still holding his hand.

Carlisle followed her out quickly "Bye Ladies!" he shouted in the door before shutting it. He led her to the car and opened the passenger side for her.

Cora smiled lightly at him and sat down, pulling the door closed behind her.

Carlisle walked around the car, slid in the driver's side and started the car. He pulled out of the driveway and grabbed Cora's hand in his as he drove down the street.

Cora smiled lightly at him and squeezed his hand lightly. She then turned back and looked out the widow silently.

"What are you thinking about?" Carlisle asked as he drove.

"You," Cora said quietly, and it was true. She didn't, however, say that she was thinking about his judgement. Again.

Carlisle raised an eyebrow at the way she said it, "Oh" he muttered. His mind then wondered towards his judgement and then to becoming a demon again and he shuddered .

Cora saw him shudder, and figured that he had figured out what she was thiking about. She bit her lip as she released his hand and turned to look out the window silently.

Carlisle sighed as she dropped his hand, he placed it on the wheel and mindlessly drove faster.

Cora heard him sigh, but didn't say anything even as he began to drive faster.

Carlisle came to a stop in front of the hotel and unlocked the doors. "Have a nice day." he said kindly. He turned to her and smiled a crooked smile.

Cora wanted to say something to lighten the mood, but nothing came to mind. Instead, she returned his smile slightly, and stepped out, shutting the door behind her and giving him one last glance before walking up to the doors.

Carlisle sighed once more before driving off towards the department store. He parked the car, got out and rushed inside.

Kyo was sick, and Zech perfered to stay at the hotel, so the store was in havoc.

Blake finally looked up, his face bright red, makling himj look almost human. "I-"

Jade quietly kissed him back, a smile forming on her lips/

Raven frowned. She hated this man; he had hurt her brother and the woman she loved. But perhaps he really was just love sick.

"Jade doesn't love you," Raven said slowly. "Find someone else who does."

Cora immediatly went to work, but her mind was elsewhere.

Laurinda just smiled. Then she realized that she was, and a scowl immediatly replaced it; a normal thing on her face.

She looked away.

Sable soon pulled back, but he kept her close.

"Please stay out of trouble," He whispered.

Ava looked back at him, and saw how red he was. She smiled lightly and moved back over to him, and kissed him before he could even finish his sentence. She had missed him so much; and now she had finally told him what she knew she had felt for so very long.

Aden frowned. "But I don't love anyone else." He smriked. "Unless you are willing to take her place." He said, he was joking, through he said it in a very serious manner.

Blake smiled and kissed her back, wrapping his arms around her waist. He loved her so much, he loved her more then he loved anyone before.

Suddenly Suki appeared. "Blake -"

"I'll try." She said quietly. "That's all I can do."

Ava kept herself close to him, but a voice brought her out of her thoughts. She pulled away, and saw Suki standing there. She didn't know who she was.

Raven's cheeks lit up red, until she realized he was kidding.

"I'm being serious here!" She protested, though she knew she wasn't very threatening in her young body. She looked up at him; he was so much taller than her. "Leave Jade alone; if you really love her, you should be able to understand that. I may be young, but I know a thing or two about love."

Laurinda ignored him. She had to. She would eat, then get out as soon as possible.

"That's all I ask," Sable said quietly, before wrapping her in a tight hug. "I was so worried," He whispered. "I'm sorry. So sorry. I shouldn't have let them take your memories. I just wanted to help. They were hurting you. But now.....now they can again."
