The big city.

"I know. I'm sorry, it was a silly trick I fell for." He repeated what he had said earlier.

"What exactly happened?" Lenora asked, pulling back again. She looked at him, her eyes filled with curioiusity and worry.

"I was in the park." He began. "I was about to give up, and Clara appered and told me you were in the underworld. I followed her there, and Chris showed me a bottle, they claimed had your soul. I thought they really did have it, so I went to take it back, and . . . "

Ashlyn finished her cereal and threw the plastic bowl out, before taking another pain pill. She ignored the thoughts in her head, plced there by Ether, no doubt, and lay back and tried to sleep. It was no use. Every time she closed her eyes, she saw Mason's face. And not his live face, but his dead face, cold and pale, staring back at her.

Lenora frowned.

"Even if they did have my soul---" she paused, then forced a smile at him. "Do you think I'd want you to risk yours to get it back?"

"That can go both ways." Dust said, also frowning.

Rose and Ashley sat down stairs waiting for Cora, both impatiently.

Carlisle slowly made hi way back to the alter of the wedding and stood there silently.

Elliot was starting to get worried. She sighed, and glanced around, her eyes seraching for Tyler.

Ava was staring forward, staring to grow uncomfortable. She knew no one here but Blake, and those she had seen in his memories, yet they didn't know her.

Cora ran down the stairs a few moments later.

"Ready," She breathed.

Lenora frowned.

"I suppose so," She mumbled.

Tyler was sitting towards the back.

Blake tuched her hand.

Dust smiled.

"Let's go then!" Rose said happily before pulling out her phone. "Carmen, we are coming." she then hung up.

At the wedding everything suddenly became very still when Carmen announced Cora's to be arrival.

"Come on!" Rose said walking outside, where a black car with black tinted windows waited for them.

Cora nodded. She hung back, however, to wait for her father.

Elliot smiled slightly when she heard that Cora was coming. She sat up straight and waited.

Ava jumped, then smiled slightly at Blake, saying nothing.

Lenora looked up at the sky. The sun was setting.

"Do you remember being out here before?" She asked suddenly, looking at him. "That night that you left."

"Go. I'll be there waiting." He said, and disappered.

Dust nodded slightly. "Yes."

Rose opened the door to the car and Ashley got in. "Hurry Cora before Carlisle acts like a two year old waiting for you." Rose said impatiently.

Cora smiled and nodded, and quickly got into the car. She knew she should be nervous, yet she wasn't.

"I was thinking about that, when you were gone," She said quietly, staring up at the sky, pulling her knees up to her chest and leaning back against the house. "About how differently things could have gone, if only I hadn't been so stubborn."

Dust smiled lightly. "Amuse me, how could it have gon differently?" He asked.

Just like he said, he was waiting on the beach for her.

Rose got in after her and without a word the black clad driver headed off towards the beach.

Ava saw his father, and nudged Blake lightly on the arm, pointing.

Elliot also saw him, and smiled and waved at him.

"You wouldn't have left," She mumbled, remembering how miserable she had been those few weeks. Then she smiled. "Though it all turned out alright, so it's okay, right?" She asked.

Cora looked out the window, and found her mind wandering. She wasn't sure why, but she couldnt' seem to focus today.

Dust smiled. "'True, but I wouldn't want you anyway but stubborn."

Blake glanced over, and nodded.

His fater didn't seem to see Elliot.

The car came to a halt in front of the aisle. Carlisle smiled as the door opened, Ashley stepped out first, she walked down the aisle and stood there. Next came out Rose, who followed as well. Carlisle's smile widened as he waited for Cora.

Lenora was blushing agian, and quickly looked away so he wouldn't see it.

Ashlyn soon fell into a restless sleep, full of nightmares provided by Ether.

Elliot looked at the car, a smile reaching her face regardless of her worries about Tyler. This was Cora's day.

Ava looked over as well, smiling slightly. She had only met Cora a few times, but they had both discussed Blake, and bonded over it.

Cora took a deep breathe, then stepped out of the car. She glanced at her father, smiling and waiting for him. She looked at Carlisle, all her feeling displayed clearly on her smiling face.

Her father smiled and was by her side in an instant.

"Hey" Carlisle mouthed to her. He smiled and watched her, his love evident all over his face.

Cora smiled and put her arm through his, then took a deep breathe. She waited then, and as the music began to play, started to walk slowly down the aisle.

When Cora and her father reached the end of the aisle Carlisle gently took her hand from Mr. Redbird, "Thank you" he said to him.

The minister started the ceremony.

"You may now kiss the bride." the minister said after it all and Carlisle turned to her and smiled. He kissed her passionately on the lips.

Cora smiled, and kissed him back. She still could hardly believe this was happening, but it was, and she was so happy.

Elliot smiled, and dared to glance back at Tyler. She quickly looked forward again. Ava was smiling as well.

Ashlyn was up again and was sitting on her bed, staring out the window absentmindedly. Her ribs ached, but she didn't seem to care anymore. Ether was sitting next to her, though Ashlyn wasn't paying her any mind at all.

Lenora was back inside by now, and was sitting on the couch with her drawing pad, though it was open to a blank page, and she was surrounded by eraser shavings.

Blake, wasn't smileing, but he wasn't frowning.

Robert had closed his eyes, still wallowing.
