Personality: Cold, cruel, enjoys tormenting and scaring young Ellie. His past is unknown but something in it might explain why he enjoys his job so much. Easily angered and hates Elliot, or at least that's what we thought. Now that Ellie is gone, he seems to have taken a strange interest in her. Powers: He can control the weather and turn invisible. He uses these to torment and scare young Ellie, or at least he did. He can also do the same thing as Sable, touch someone's arm and see when and how they will die. | |
