Personlty: Tally is a very happy and ative girl. She forgives and forgets. Growing up it was very hard not to know Tally. Bio: She is Matts daguter. Matt was one of the sons of one of Tylers adoted sisters. When Tally was eight (or 9) tyler was 21. She favored Tyler, sometimes following him everywere at a very young age. Tyler is the reason she died so young. | |
